Why We Do This
This van is our word.
Every groom starts the same way for us: slow down, let the pet settle in, and never force anything. We started Treats & Tails because we've seen what happens when grooming turns into a rushed, assembly-line job - anxious animals, corners cut, and owners who feel like just another slot in the schedule.
That's not how we work. When this van pulls up to your door, it's not about finishing fast and moving to the next street. It's one pet, one groomer, full attention, for as long as it takes to do it properly and kindly.
We read temperament before we ever pick up a clipper. We pause if a pet is stressed. We treat every dog and cat the way we'd want our own treated - not as a transaction, but as somebody's family.
This isn't a tagline. It's the actual reason the van exists.
