Internal tool. This is the full customer list, pulled from the shared WordPress database — every booking anyone has ever made updates a record here. The public booking form can only look up one customer at a time by phone number; this page is the only place the complete list is visible, and only to staff who know the shared staff login (set in WP Admin under Settings → Treats & Tails).
